- You may sign electronically by typing your full legal name at the end of your notice.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was wrongly taken down, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area (or in New York, NY, if outside the USA).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant and follow the DMCA process accordingly.
Repeat Infringers
HieTech.xyz reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright-protected material.
