DMCA Policy – HieTech

Reporting Copyright Infringement

    • A declaration that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A Statement of Accuracy
    • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your Physical or Electronic Signature
    • You may sign electronically by typing your full legal name at the end of your notice.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was wrongly taken down, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your name, address, and phone number.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area (or in New York, NY, if outside the USA).
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant and follow the DMCA process accordingly.

Repeat Infringers

HieTech.xyz reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright-protected material.
